Refund and Cancellation Policy
On Site and Pre-Launch Registration packages are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Early bird and regular registration packages are refundable and non-transferable.
Early Bird or Regular Registration cancellations with refunds will be accepted, in writing and received no later than March 1, 2012.
Written notice of cancellation should be sent only electronically. Deadline: 12:00AM (Midnight) U.S. Eastern Time (EST) March 1, 2012.
A processing fee $100 will be charged from the original transcription.
Send your written cancellation request online with the subject "Registration" through the contact form.
Attendees who register prior to or after the deadline date, who do not cancel in writing by the deadline date are liable for the registration cost and will be charged for the full registration fee. No refunds are available for no-shows.
Business Convention and Expo of the Deaf® reserves the right to rescind any registration and, in that event, will return 100% of the registration fee. All dates and times of The Business Convention and Expo of the Deaf® are subject to change.
